Sweetwater Flooring provides flooring installation services including hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. Our services are subject to the following terms:

• All estimates are subject to site inspection and final measurement
• Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation
• Installation timeline may vary based on material availability and schedule
• Customer must provide accurate information for proper estimation

Warranty

Our installation services come with a 1-year warranty covering workmanship. This warranty is subject to:

• Proper maintenance as per provided guidelines
• Normal wear and tear conditions
• No unauthorized modifications
• Timely reporting of any issues

Payment Terms

Our payment terms include:

• Deposit required to secure installation date
• Final payment due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are in USD

Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy:

• 48-hour notice required for appointment cancellation
• Rescheduling subject to availability
• Deposit refund policy applies for project cancellations

Limitation of Liability

Sweetwater Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
